Does Ruthia replace the school's management system?+
No. Ruthia focuses on a specific moment: how students arrive and leave. It does not replace academic systems, grades, classroom attendance or the school's ERP.
Does Ruthia Schools work if we don't use vans?+
Yes. The solution includes pickups on foot and by car; it does not depend on having a drive-through lane. We assess each school's or preschool's entrances and routines. When transport operators join, they also become part of the dismissal plan.
Do families need another app?+
No. Families coordinate pickup and transportation in the same Ruthia app. School staff have their own operations view, adaptable to their schedules and dismissal areas.
What if the school has several schedules and gates?+
We assess your schedules, year groups, waiting areas and entrances with your staff. Operations are designed by campus and schedule so each team member sees the students and calls relevant to them.
What do the school's transport operators receive?+
When a school signs up for Ruthia Schools, Ruthia Transport is included at no additional software cost for its associated operators who join. Trips retain their own terms and costs. Ruthia Transport is also offered independently.
How does it improve handover safety?+
The aim is for staff to see who is arriving, which student they are picking up and the relevant authorization. Staff must confirm the handover rather than relying only on informal recognition.
How do you support setup and launch?+
We first learn how the school operates. We agree on scope, prepare staff and help communicate the change to families and operators. Rollout is phased, reviewing the first days and adjusting to the community's needs.
What if a family arrives without the app or an internet connection?+
We plan for that case when designing operations with the school. We agree on an alternative registration and verification process following its protocols. Not having the app never replaces authorization or checking the adult before handing over a child.
