What about my data? My customers?
Your passenger roster is private. No other business can see your families or access their data. Each operator can only access information about families linked to their own services. We do not sell or share your customer list.
Do I have to use Ruthia's payment collection?
No. It is optional: use Ruthia to organize routes, attendance and updates without enabling payments. If you enable them, families pay by card in up to 12 installments, and you receive the full amount upfront.
Can I try it before inviting families?
Yes. Start by adding passengers and routes, using Ruthia internally with your drivers and testing operations. You decide when to invite families.
What does the driver need to use it?
A phone with internet access and a secure mount in the vehicle. We help you set it up so the route is ready before the first departure.
Who can use Ruthia?
Ruthia is for licensed school transportation businesses, vehicles and drivers. Ruthia does not replace permits or official inspections.
Where is it available?
Throughout Uruguay. Ruthia is available to licensed school transportation operators in every department.
Is data handled securely?
Yes. Each family sees the van on the map, but never other families' locations: your home and the van's stop there are not shown to others. Only you see your stop. Only the operator and assigned driver see the full route. Data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties.
